Program Description

Train in Knoxville’s only Olympic weightlifting program led by a Team USA Olympian. At Be Somebody Gym, this isn’t just a class—it’s a purpose-built training environment designed by Wes Kitts for real weightlifting development.


Our 3,000-square-foot space is set up specifically for the snatch, clean and jerk, and strength work that supports them. Whether you’re a CrossFitter looking to improve your lifts, a beginner learning technique, or a competitive athlete chasing numbers, you’ll get structured coaching that actually moves you forward.
