Build is for people who want more than a group class—but don’t need full one-on-one personal training. With a 1-to-4 coach-to-client ratio, every session is structured around you. Your coach adjusts movements, weights, and pacing based on your goals, whether that’s getting stronger, losing weight, or getting back into a routine.
