This program is built for middle school and high school athletes who want to perform better in their sport—not just work out. At Be Somebody Gym, athletes train using a mix of Olympic lifting and proven strength and conditioning methods to build power, speed, coordination, and resilience.
Led by Olympian Wes Kitts, coaching focuses on what each athlete actually needs—whether that’s getting stronger, moving better, or preparing for a season. This isn’t random training. Every session is designed to carry over to the field, court, or competition.
