Coaching & Fitness Background:

Coaching H.S. Tennis, softball, basketball for 20+ years, and college tennis (NCAA, D2) for 10+ years.  

I have a background in coaching team sports and personal training.  I have always done personal training for sport specificity and group training for over 30+ years.

ISSA, USPTA, TN, and OK Teaching Certificates

M.S in Health, PE, and Recreation

B.S. In Science Education, Biology Emphasis

 

Favorite Type of Training: powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit, and Sport Specificity.

Favorite Lift: power clean

Least Favorite: burpees

I like to play pickleball with my wife and work out for hours with her.  My hobbies would be gardening and reading. I like to read historical nonfiction and paint.

I love BSG for its variety, and the owner is cool!  The community aspect is amazing. I enjoy making others better and teaching them proper technique.
